About our guide boards.
A jacquard guide board holds the moving elements of a jacquard (hooks, needles and lifting cords) in exact alignment. A warped or worn guide board causes hooks to stick and mis-lift, which leads to pattern faults and unplanned stoppages.
Our guide boards are cut flat and rigid, and their slots and holes are positioned precisely, so moving parts travel freely without play. Each board carries the Abhishek mark, so you can always reorder exactly the same part.
